 Our professional services centre on the Human Factors influencing the Security-Development Nexus – where peace, security and development reinforce and complement the other.  Working in the context of Fragile and Conflict-Affected States (FCAS), focus areas are international police cooperation, security sector reform, security risk mitigation, conflict transformation, community security & social cohesion, and [post-conflict] development.

The Human Dimension explores interoperability, interconnectedness and cooperation through an integrated and operationalised approach to the human security paradigm, utilising human domain analysis and human relations strategies to identify and gain understanding of the socio-cultural and situational context within a working environment. In other words, an insight into the who, what, where, when, why, and how.
